I think it’s not cool that an add on is being prioritized over the project that originally funded. This was fully backed before bugs and buttons was brought up. You should fulfill the actual thing before afterthoughts.
This campaign was always supposed to be a celebration of the franchise. You can’t seriously think that Buttons & Bugs was made up on the spot in the midst of it, can you?
And regarding the fulfillment order, it seems quite reasonable to prioritize small, low-complexity products over the opposite because the larger ones will inevitably take much longer and likely hit more bumps along the road.
